The best 30 year fixed rate mortgages at Capital One Financial (NYSE:COF) stand at 4.250% today with an APR of 4.253%. The higher interest jumbo 30 year interest rates at the bank are being quoted at 4.250% and an APR of 4.251% which is of course a bit higher than the non-jumbo loans.
The short term, popular 15 year loans are being quoted at 3.375% at the bank today with an APR of 3.381%.
15 year Jumbo loan interest rates start at 3.750% today and an APR of 3.752%. The 5 year ARM deals at Capital One are on the books at 3.000% with an APR of 2.921%. The 7/1 ARM loans start at 3.375% carrying an APR of 3.109%.
