30 year loan interest rates have been published at 4.350% at HSBC Bank (NYSE:HBC) today and an APR of 4.410%. 30 year FHA loan deals are listed at 4.125% yielding a bit higher APR than the conventional loan of 4.269%. The VA 30 year FRMs start at 4.125% yielding an APR of 4.275%.
The short term, popular 15 year loan interest rates are coming out at 3.480% at the bank yielding an APR of 3.588%.
5 year Adjustable Rate Mortgages at HSBC have been offered at 3.210% showing an APR of 2.969%. The 7/1 ARM loans are 3.420% and an APR of 3.119%. The 10 year ARM loans are listed at 3.910% with a starting APR of 3.524%.
From a market perspective
All the mortgage rates published are usually steered by mortgage financial instrument prices that go up and down with the stock market. Overall markets went down by close of day to leave the DJIA at 15,337.70.
Mortgages at the bank did not defy the Wall Street direction. Now HSBC’s own stock waned to 55.44 down -0.06.
